Jovan Davis is a father, brother, son, friend and 3rd generation Washingtonian committed to creating communities where Love is cool, children are smiling and kindness is the norm. Jovan remembered an elder telling him that the greatest gifts never realized were in the graveyard and he never wanted to have regretful reflections wondering, “What happens to a dream deferred”. Therefore, Jovan started laying the foundation for his visions and dreams to become realities and only looks back to pull people up. by co-authoring a holistic curriculum for Transformational Life Coaches and Healing Leaders (T-Li-CHL) where Peace and Love is a prevention, intervention, recovery and healing methodology. On this Journey, Jovan has become a rising community leader/activist and the deputy director of an international non-profit organization called the Love More Movement, Inc. He was a national runner up of the 30 under 30 competition for up and coming leaders and has won many fatherhood and community activism awards. Professionally, he has worked on national and local campaigns as well as initiatives advocating for ending poverty, violence prevention/intervention, teen pregnancy prevention, criminal justice reform, education reform and trauma informed mental health. He is also a Transformational Life Coach and Healing Leader with knowledge and experience in community mobilizing, marketing, brand development, violence prevention/intervention and stress/anxiety de-escalation.

Founder/CEO Jamaal Grantham, native Washingtonian, is a hardworking and dedicated young entrepreneur. Jamaal was born, and raised in Southeast, DC. He attended Public Schools, and in 2010, he graduated from NC A&T University with a Bachelors in Business Management. He later received his Masters in Business Administration in 2013. Overcoming inner city stigmas, Jamaal has always chosen to never allow his environment to hold him back. He’s always looked to break the mold.
In 2017, he founded GR8 Clothing Line LLC. The name GR8 simply means “Great”. The idea stems from a saying that Jamaal would always spread amongst all of his social media followers, “Be GR8 Today”.
