DonVeto D, Premier, Executive Director

DonVeto Domonique Premier is a native Washingtonian. DonVeto is a strong visionary that has endureed & overcome the challenges of high-risk environments growing up as an adolesence. He attended Cardozo High School in N.W. Washington DC. then went on to pursue a financial education at American College achieving his FSCP (Financial Service Certified Professional) designation. DonVeto developed a career in asset-protection, wealth accumulation & income distribution, working 4 years for American International Group, & 6 consecutive years with Transamerica Agency Network.

Now fairly educated in finance, Domonique is on a life-long journey campaigning, what he belives has been much ignored, the lack of financial literacy in entrepreneurship and its direct relationship with at-risk youth subjective to selling illegal drugs. He has devoted much of his life to mentoring under-represented youth and has a strong passion in preventing broken families, particularly, amongst minorities. He enjoys playing chess, jogging, family entertainment & volunteering himself as a missionary to poverty-stricken environments around the world during his spare time.

Charles T. Gussom, Vice President

Charles Gussom is a native Washington who was raised in and endured the trials and tribulations of an urban poverty stricken community of Ward 8 who nonetheless has achieved much success by means of entrepreneurship, education and employment. Charles understands that he is one of many better corporates to re-structure a positive foundation in which our youth are able to obtain life skills and enrichment-opportunities. Charles has reaped the profound but humble opportunity to mentor indigent/challenged youth whether spiritually, morally, academic principles, or stable financial habits. Charles currently serves as the Assistant Director of Community Development for Martha's Table a DC Based nonprofit organization that supports strong children, strong families and strong communities through quality early childhood education, Health & Wellness and Family and Community Supports. Charles also sits on the board of the non profit organization Community Connoisseurs that specializes in youth development, mentorship and entrepreneurship training. Charles is dedicated to empowering our future generations, one child, and one family at a time.

Demetria A. Broadnax, Chief Operating Officer

Demetria Broadnax is native to Washington, DC. She grew up in northwest DC and attended Park View Elementary, McFarland Middle and Theodore Roosevelt Senior High School where she excelled as Valedictorian. She possesses a master’s in social work with a primary concentration in Management and Community Organization with a specialization in Health and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Management Information Systems. Currently she works with Family and Medical Counseling Service in South East DC and serves as their Quality Improvement Coordinator. She has more than 15 years of experience working in the Social Service field, rendering services to at-risk youth, dually and/or triply diagnosed persons infected with or affected by HIV/AIDS, and other high risk populations. She has served as the Case Management Operating Committee (CMOC) Chair for the District of Columbia for 5 consecutive years and currently sits on the board for the First Church of Seventh-Day Adventist

Michael R. Glasker, Director Of Marketing

Michael Glasker is a native Washingtonian born and raised in ward 8 southeast Washington DC area, east of the river in the Washington Highland. Growing up in an underprivileged environment Michael endured many trials and tribulations. He attended Eastern Senior High School on Capitol Hill in N.E. Washington, D.C. Michael went on to college at Saint Augustine University. He has since gone to pursue his passion for entrepreneurship, event planning as well as doing philanthropy work “sacrificing a bit of self for the greater good of humanity” in local communities in the Washington D.C. area and has served in other countries such as Belize in which he dedicated his time to assisting in feeding 250 families, building a school, sponsoring 65 kids which was a life changing experience for him. Previously, Michael had the experience to work closely as an Executive Assistant to top partners in one of the largest law firms in the area and around the world at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton. He currently works as a Human Resource coordinator at NPR. He specializes in youth development, entrepreneurship, mentorship, branding, marketing, and event planning. He currently sits on board of “Community Connoisseurs” organization which he takes pride in to helping inner city youth in the underrepresented areas around the city and around the world. He is looking forward to accomplishing this mission and changing lives for local communities and around the world.

Terrence Mann, Program Specialist

Terrence (Coach T) Mann is native to DC. He has been in the fitness industry 12+ years and worked with a wide range of clientele from all walks of life. He is currently the owner and operating manager for Hard Training Club located in Northwest Washington DC and has been 2012. Three summers ago he started a summer youth boxing program to help provide a positive outlet for youth in surrounding community to do something productive and constructive during the summer. Since then we have transition to a year around program. As mentioned before we strive to serve a wide range of kids from different backgrounds. At Hard Training Club we strive to create an environment of unity and diversity so all are welcome.

Elizabeth Cambridge, Program Specialist

Elizabeth’s primary focus is providing urban communities with knowlecge in financial services. Elizabeth serves as an advocate foe educating her community about the imporance of life insurance while maintaining a career with Transamerica. Coming from much experience in the tax industry, Elizabeth understands the imporatance of implemting financial literacy programs in under-represented communities.

Advisory Board (Youth Representative)

Natural Donjuan Taylor was born and raised in Washington DC and recently graduated as salutatorian of Mckinley Technology High School's class of 2020. Natural takes pride is his Afrolatino decent and the fact that he is a first generation college student. He is an intelligent young man that is centered around family, the community, and service. Natural also enjoys extra curricular activities and have held leadership roles in organizations such as the DC Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA), Men of Tech mentorship group, Financial Literacy club, and the McKinley tech yearbook Committee. He enjoy doing volunteer work and community service and have done service in the DC area and abroad in Peru and Belize. Natural DonJuan started his college education at Harvard University the fall of 2020 as a freshman and plan to major in Environmental Engineering with a minor in Business.
